The lawn party last night for our Stony Brook University recruit went spectacularly well.
The staff were professional and tremendously helpful, the food was absolutely wonderful, and the presentation delightful.
We had rave reviews about the vegetarian strudel, Thai orange salmon, breads, desserts, etc.
I will definitely be working with Elegant Eating catering again.

Hi Cary, I apologize for the delayed response. It was GREAT! Everyone enjoyed the food and all went off wonderfully. As mentioned I was not there for the event but the staff were great and worked really well with my assistant that was covering for me. Thank you again for being so easy to work with. I just wanted to take the time to whole heartedly thank you.
The food that you prepared on Saturday was absolutely stunning and delicious. It was so effortless planning the catering with your company and staff.
I don’t think I can even convey how much this meant to my husband and I. Although, I am very grateful to have a happy and healthy baby girl, it has been very challenging having my first baby in the midst of a pandemic.
It caused us to miss out on a lot of firsts and celebratory events during and after my pregnancy. This was the first time we were really able to celebrate our baby girl and you guys made it truly beautiful. Thank you for providing some sense of normalcy and pure enjoyment during such a trying time.

Beautifully-prepared savouries and cakes, scones, and a personalised birthday wish in the icing, too. Everyone so pleased with the thought and effort that went into it all; so much so that we'll be on the phone again next year for mum's 91st. Great.

I don’t know where to begin to properly show my gratitude for the success of our party.
First, I have to begin with the absolutely delicious food. Chef Paolo was a professional who took over my kitchen and delivered the most delicious food. Everyone is raving about the food.
Next, the staff was hard working, polite, delightful and professional. They worked so hard and made the party flow seamlessly. The level of service they provided was amazing and on top of that they were all just the nicest people!! When Eileen saw my gluten free guest on the food line, she ran to get her the gluten free lobster rolls. I can’t say enough about how wonderful the staff was.
Thank you for organizing and thinking of everything. Your attention to detail helped to make our party a success. Oh and the Mr. Softy truck was a huge success!

OMG. The food was outrageous.as always. Everyone raved about it. Thank you sooo much. The franks came out great. In all the times I’ve had these at my get togethers, it’s the first time I ever got to have one. They taste as good as they look. There wasn’t one left. I’m glad I was able to finally get one. The fruit was polished off too. Actually, there aren’t too many left overs. That says volumes.
