Michele Loiacono Dear Neil, Myra & everyone at Elegant Eating, Thank you for a wonderful party. You lived up to — and exceeded — all expectations. First, the food was fantastic. The quality and presentation were exceptional. Hard to pick a favorite offering, but the shrimp roll, mushroom sliders and nacho shooters were standouts with my guests. Also, the dessert bar was not only beautiful, but delicious. We typically go with minimal desserts, so this was a nice and welcome surprise for our guests. Your staff was simply excellent. Roberto took such care to prepare everything perfectly (even accommodating a guest who is gluten-free). Luis created a fun watermelon drink, was friendly and accommodating (in oppressive humidity) and was preemptive in making sure guests had beverages. Diane ran things incredibly smoothly (especially clean up) and together with Marisol, continued to bring out mouthwatering morsel after mouthwatering morsel. They were great; professional yet friendly and extraordinarily efficient. I will tell anyone who will listen how happy I was with every aspect of working with you all. Thank you again! When the weather looked shakey and the outside was all wet, they quickly advised as to how to change our set up and were spot on with their suggestions. They also knew how to cover extremely wet areas in the grass so that our guests wouldn't slip. As such, everything was perfect! Your food and presentation was wonderful, as always. However, it was Kellie, Kristie, and Judy who were so amazing with our guests and in adjusting to the timing of the flow of the party that allowed me to relax and enjoy myself. Our guests commented all night and afterward how wonderful these three ladies were.Their words were - amazing, wonderful, great, best they had ever seen, did such an amazing job,unbelieveable. Elegant Eating was the only caterer that I went to when planning our event - knowing that if I wanted it done right and stress free - Elegant Eating was the only place to be.
