As always, every time Elegant Eating does a party, it exceeds my expectations. The food presentation is beautiful, it tastes so delicious, and your staff is first class. I cannot say enough about how happy I am with the excellence of the Elegant Eating Team -- you're THE BEST!!!
I recently attended an out of state party and as I walked into the party room, the hostess said to me "this is the best caterer in the area, but of course, not as good as yours." They wish Elegant Eating was in their neighborhood.
I am very lucky you are, both you and Myra are just delightful to work with. I look forward to having many more parties with you. Heartfelt THANK YOU for making my entertaining so easy and yummy!

The party we had was OVER THE TOP FABULOUS!!! You did a magnificent job and I am eternally grateful. I am so glad I pestered you into coming to me. It was well worth the extra 4 hours of drive and traffic time. The food was outrageous!!! Delicious and beautiful. I could not believe how creative some of the items were (the "garden franks-"-HOW CUTE!!) Your presentation is exquisite.
And your staff is equally exquisite!!! Diane and Luis were smart, helpful, pleasant, and overall, wonderful. The house looked so festive and fun. We really had a blast. And you know what? Everyone stayed. There were still people here when Diane and Luis left! Words fail to express how grateful I am to you. Thanks again.

You catered my wedding back in 1990 at the Pink Mansion in Belle Terre, Port Jefferson. I always wanted to contact you to say thank you for your wonderful service. The food was awesome and I still to this day talk about it. I drive by your store on occasion and it looks beautiful.

Thank you both for your patience and we look forward to seeing you both on our anniversary, if not sooner.
By the way, we cannot tell you how much our guests were raving about all the food, especially the mini burgers, the garden franks and of course the mashed potato and macaroni bar. One girl ate 3 helpings of the macaroni and had to be pulled away by her fiancee.
Thanks again and please also thank the staff again for us. We still cannot believe how accommodating everyone was given the location switch at the last minute.

After a long morning of bike riding, nothing was better than coming back to the BBQ and knowing that everything was taken care of. As I just said to Neil on the phone, a great big THANK YOU so much for the fantastic job you all did at providing a beautiful and delicious display for Steve’s Memorial service!
Your talents for going “above & beyond” in everything you do showed through magnificently.
Though the occasion was a solemn one, the appreciation for the artistic display and the very tasty Hye Rollers, the elaborate veggie & cheese displays and the yummy homemade cookies helped to make it a warm and comforting day as well. And thanks too, for the Marshmallow basket as well… those disappeared quickly.
So thank you again to you and your great staff, I am sure we will be having future business with you soon!

I just wanted to drop a note to say THANK YOU for the incredibly delicious box of cookies! I must admit that I had two chocolate covered strawberries, four lemon and four raspberry tarts before lunch even started !!
The parchment wrapped halibut was absolutely outstanding as was the rest of the delectable culinary delights!
