in our candlelit dining room.

This is not our traditional cooking class, but a plated served dinner with three short food demos.
There will be demos of Roasted Tomatoes and Grapes with Mozzarella; Roast Red Pepper Remolaude for the Shrimp Cakes; and the Apple Rose Pastry. Limited seating tables of 2, 4 or 6 will be available.

Techniques taught by authentic Japanese Sushi Chef Mamie Nishide. She was born and raised in Japan and came to the US to study business. After graduating from business school and a career on Wall Street, Mamie abandoned corporate life for her culinary passion.

Finishing a Culinary Arts degree from the Institute of Culinary Education (Peter Kump) she continued her training at the test kitchen for Country Living Magazine in NY and Le Bernardin, as well as top restaurants in Manhattan.
